Deciding what should happen to an individual when they have not met expected levels of performance is something that many people have very strong opinions on.

Is it easy to agree that tackling underperformance is essential for an effective team and organisation, but it is one of the most commonly ignored, minimised, avoided and played down areas of management. This module investigates how you can manage performance effectively.
