Is your organisation spending wisely?

Decisions about value for money are a daily reality in all our lives. We are constantly choosing which items or services to buy, and judging the right balance for us between quality and cost.

These basic principles can be expanded and developed to create a refined Value for Money strategy which can help ensure your business obtains maximum benefit from the goods and services it acquires.

With many organisations having budgets reduced and being required to spend less and spend well, this e-learning course has been developed to provide learners with an increased understanding of effective Value for Money strategies and help them recognise the benefits these strategies can have for an organisation, resulting in doing the same for less, or more for the same.

This module is aimed primarily at organisations with a specific set of local requirements wanting to develop and implement a Value for Money strategy. However, the module is also suitable for any organisation wanting to learn more about Value for Money.

This product allows the student to print a certificate from the course on sucessful completion.
