Entering the recruitment process without a clear view of the process, and how it should be structured, will result in poor use of resources, and probably ineffective recruitment.

This course provides an overview of what constitutes an effective recruitment process, and enables the learner to use this as a template when planning future activity.

For any organisation or company its people are its lifeblood; finding and hiring the right people, however, is a major challenge, given the competition for staff with the right skills, knowledge and attitude. For this reason it is vital that any person with a responsibility for, or a role within, staff recruitment is highly competent to perform that function.

Failure to ensure this competence will result in an inability to attract the right people, and/or a failure to identify those people
at the time of recruitment.

This course is for Line managers or other staff needing to understand the key stages of the recruitment process.

This product allows the student to print a certificate from the course on sucessful completion.
